Forward and Reflected View Hatching

Hatching can be added to elements in the forward and reflected views of a drawing. The delivered part mapping file SamplePartMapping.xml, is provided to do this. This file contains listings of parts and families that are hatched in a drawing.

An extracted drawing with (1) – hatching turned off, and (2) – with hatching turned on.

Note: Hatching will not be applied to non-faceted surfaces such as non-segmented arc forms, curved forms, or cylinders.
